Description
This is a Vietnam era US Army Master Parachutist Qualification Badge (Jumpwings) mounted on a WW2/1950s era 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment 1st Battallion oval backing.
The wings are double post clutch back.
The wings are marked "1/20 SF" and LIGI on the back.  There is no maker mark.
Jump wings measure about 1 1/2" wide and 1 1/4" high.
The wings show minimal wear and rub, light tarnish.
The oval is a cut edge, twill patch with cheesecloth backing.  The patch does not glow under UV-light - NO GLOW.  See pictures.
A great looking master parachutist qualification badge that will make a nice addition to your collection.
