These ballpoint pens were in limited supply and are RARE.  They were made as presentation gifts to be given away to special visitors, dignitaries and to award employees in special recognition of their exemplary service
.
This ink pen is new old stock (NOS) and has never been used.  In fact, the first time it was removed from the original box was to photograph it in preparation of this eBay listing.   Inasmuch, the pen and box remain in excellent condition.  Please refer to the description photos to confirm the condition of the pen and for more details about what I have described.
The body of the pen is metal that has a high-gloss, highly reflective, silvery graphite color finish that features gold tone accents at both the ends, around the middle and shirt pocket clip.   Please note, because of the high-gloss finish on this pen, it is difficult to actually see the color because it picks up and reflects whatever colors are near or in front of the pen at the time.  The pen measures approximately 5.50" in length and 7/16" wide.
The barrel of the pen is precisely and elegantly laser engraved with the following identifying information.

When the body of the pen barrel is twisted, it smoothly engages the ink cartridge pushing it effortlessly out through the center-tip of the stylus.  When you want to use the pen as a stylus, simply twist the barrel in the opposite direction and the ink cartridge will retract back into the barrel of the pen.  Please refer to

The top of the pen retains the original yellow plastic "removable" protective collar the factory places to around the top to prevent the flashlight from engaging while the pen is inside the box.  After the collar has been removed, a simple click downward on the top turns the flashlight on and a second click will turn it off.  This piece gets removed and thrown away.
Overall, this is a rare and very special presentation ink pen whose numbers are few and far apart.  The pen is precision made and is a comfortable writing instrument that evokes executive class and looks equally rich; the pen is sure to impress those who see it.
