Great Fluid 2 trainer used for many years. The fluid trainers have a fluid in them as you increase your speed cadence the liquid starts to become like syrup increasing the resistance as you pedal faster.
I have found that this is a very versatile trainer can stick in in the car with you on vacation road trip and get a great workout without leaving camp.
Really great for someone looking to start to get further in there cycling aptitude.
Does show signs of uses scuffs scrapes scratches and random flecks of rust. The important thing is it still works excellent!
This listing also comes with continental 700x23 trainer tire. It specially formulated to not overheat. Has a bit of miles on it but can easily use over winter you don’t need another tire for years on this thing it says what it does resist deformation and overheating.
