    Alba TX Police Patch Very Old & RARE! 60s. This emblem is from my once huge patch collection of Texas oldies from the 50s - 70s. Never been on a uniform, acquired from the dept itself, it is now being liquidated since retiring from LE.  Priced to sell.  Thanks for checking.
